In the fourth quarter of 2023, the top five business apps on the Android platform in Latin America displayed diverse trends in downloads and active user metrics. Here’s a detailed look at the performance of these apps, based on data from Sensor Tower.

Zoom Workplace saw a steady weekly revenue, peaking at approximately $22.9K in mid-November. Weekly downloads exhibited fluctuations, with a notable spike to 490K in early October, before gradually declining to 126K by the end of December. Active users also showed a downward trend, dropping from 4.4M in late September to 2M by the end of the quarter.

Microsoft Teams maintained a consistent download rate, with a peak of 372K in early October and a decline to 127K by the end of December. Active users fluctuated slightly, remaining around 3M for most of the quarter before decreasing to 2.2M by the end of December.

Uber - Driver: Drive & Deliver saw a steady increase in weekly downloads, starting at 212K in late September and reaching 283K by the end of December. Active users also showed an upward trend, growing from 2.2M in late September to 2.6M by the end of the quarter.

Microsoft Authenticator experienced a peak in downloads at 256K in mid-October, with a gradual decline to 92K by the end of December. Active users remained relatively stable, fluctuating around 3.4M and ending the quarter at 3.1M.

Finally, Minha Claro Móvel had relatively stable download numbers, peaking at 140K in early November and decreasing to 100K by the end of December. Active users varied throughout the quarter, starting at 2.2M in late September and ending at 1.9M by the end of December.
